I love the dynamics of pets and babies. Especially the families first child, as they learn the ebbs and flows of parent hood, while also making sure their fur baby is still loved too. What I often find is how protective the pups are when I come visit. Even while photographing, it's neat to see the dogs interact in a way that shows dominance over the baby to show whose boss! They really are a part of the family.
I loved hanging out with these guys and their newborn baby for their newborn lifestyle photography session. It was the perfect amount of authentic and genuine lifestyle shooting mixed with close up details of little Maxwell.
